* Ability to work professionally and effectively with all levels of clients
* Computer literate and a fundamental understanding of Information Technology
* Bachelor's degree
* Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIA, CPA, Cisco, Microsoft (highly desirable)
* Public sector consulting experience (highly desirable)
